AgentickSEO (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides SEO services from New Zealand. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Privacy Act 2020. It applies to visitors to agentickseo.co.nz and people who contact us.
Information we collect
We only collect personal information that is necessary for the purposes set out below.
- Contact form details. When you complete a form on this site we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. You choose what to send us.
- Analytics data. If web analytics is enabled, we collect anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (city/region), device and browser type, and referring source. This is aggregate data used to understand and improve the site.
- Correspondence. Any information you include when you email or otherwise correspond with us.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and, where analytics is enabled, to measure usage. - Resend (Resend, Inc.) — to deliver the transactional emails generated when you submit a form or we reply to you.
Some of these providers are based overseas, which means your information may be stored or processed outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to ensure any provider we use has comparable privacy safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, to maintain a record of our dealings with you, or to meet a legal obligation — after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it is wrong. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
